Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director of Corporate & Customer Services, as contained on pages 299 to 322 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval of the Policy that would deliver the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF), replacing the Household Support Fund (HSF) and Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP) over a three-year funding period from 2026/27 and sought approval for the Council’s proposed approach to its delivery, including the Affordable Warm Homes scheme and targeted support for residents using oil for heating. RESOLVED: A. That the Crisis and Resilience Fund Policy be approved. B. That delegated authority be granted to the Assistant Director of Corporate & Customer Services, in consultation with the Leader, to take all necessary steps to implement, administer the funds and make any minor/inconsequential amendments to the following Policies in accordance with policy and Government guidance.
