To delegate authority to the Director of Legal and Governance to complete the necessary legal agreements required for the operation of the Vauxhall One BID levy, the ballot and service agreements and any other matters required for the Vauxhall One BID proposals in consultation with the appropriate officers. To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Resources or Director of Finance to complete the ballot papers to vote on behalf of the council in favour of the BID proposal with regards to Council owned properties in the BID area.
