Content:   TRAC Team which is aimed at supporting young people aged 11-24 at risk of disengaging with education and at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).     (a)      That the allocation of £163,000 from the Council's general balances to fund the Transitions, Raising Attainment and Choices (TRAC) project for the remainder of the 2026/27 financial year (September 2026 to March 2027) be approved.   (b)      That it be noted that the Education Service will actively seek alternative and sustainable funding sources for the continuation of the Transitions, Raising Attainment and Choices (TRAC) programme beyond 2026/2027, with any longer-term funding options to be explored and, where appropriate, brought forward for Member consideration through future budget-setting processes.
