The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.   Councillor Joel McKevitt of Bispham ward has requested: (i)                  £159.00 as a ward councillor donation to Active Communities, towards the cost of summer sports sessions on Cavendish park.
