Content: Appendix 1, 2, and 3 are exemptfrom publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraphs 14 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information   AGREED: that Mace Consult Limited (Mace) be appointed through the SEWTAPS framework and  the fees outlined in confidential Appendix 1 be approved to manage the Fairwater Community Campus scheme from 1st February 2026 to 28 September 2029.     To make payments to Mace Consult for work required to ensure Riverbank and Woodlands Schools occupy the new school buildings at Fairwater Community Campus in September 2026 with a defect and NZC monitoring period in place.
