Content: The Scrutiny Committee Corporate and Strategic considered the Annual Report of the Deputy Leader and Lead Member for Finance, Procurement and Performance and RESOLVED to note the report and place on record its sincere thanks and appreciation to Councillor Leyshon for her dedication, professionalism and commitment to Somerset Council and the work of Scrutiny. The Committee recognised Councillor Leyshon’s consistent attendance at Scrutiny meetings, constructive engagement with Members, and leadership in navigating the significant financial challenges faced by the Council.
