Content: The Assistant Director: Chief Regeneration Officer has approved:   (a)  The award of a contract to Standguide Ltd commencing on 1 September 2026 with a 43-month term for the delivery of the Connect to Work Individual Placement Support Programme to 31st March 2030 as highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Advantageous Tender Criteria, at a contract value of £3,881,352.   (b)  That the above decision be deemed urgent and therefore not subject to the re-consideration procedure.
