Content: To seek a delegated decision to set aside the objection made to the statutory notice and make the Traffic Regulation Order to introduce a contraflow cycle lane on Leazes Park Road. Authorise: 1. To set aside the objection received in response to the statutory advertisement for the proposed contraflow cycle lane on Leazes Park Road; 2. That the circumstances do not warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry; and that a Public Inquiry should not be held in relation to the proposed restrictions; and 3. That the proposed restrictions, as described in this report, are introduced without modification.
