Content: Authorisation to Release Funds from the Armed Forces Community Fund - July 2026 That the following Armed Forces Community fund grant award totalling £545 is approved   Swaffham Town Council - £545 Funding will support traffic management for the Norfolk Royal British Legion County Standard Rededication Service in Swaffham on Sunday 6 September 2026. Swaffham has been chosen to host this prestigious annual event, one of the most important occasions in the Royal British Legion calendar in Norfolk. The £545 grant will be used solely for traffic management costs for the service; no other project costs are included. Norfolk County Council has confirmed the road closure will be authorised at no cost.   This event offers organisations and members of the Armed Forces Community a supportive space to remember fallen comrades through the Act of Remembrance, while raising awareness of the RBL's modern mission. By bringing together local veteran charities, civic leaders, and residents, attendees can easily access help and connect with others in the community.   None
