Purpose: Completion of the Funding Agreement will enable the Trust to enter into a construction contract.  

Content: Completion of the Funding Agreement will enable the Trust to enter into a construction contract.   Completion of a Funding Agreement between OCC & Acer Trust for £258,530 for a development to create a SEND Base at Botley Primary School   A Full Business Case has been approved with a budget of £300,000   The Funding Agreement is a necessary legal agreement between OCC/Acer Trust to enable the Trust to draw down funding being provided by the council to deliver this development.   The only alternative would be to not complete the Funding Agreement, meaning that Acer Trust would be unable to draw-down funding from the council.  As the Trust do not have the funding to carry out the work, the consequence of this decision would result in the council not being able to fulfil its obligations to provide sufficient SEND places in the Botley/Cumnor area.
