Content: To seek a Delegated Decision to advertise a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and in the event that no objections are received, make a TRO for the introduction of Waiting, Loading and Parking Restrictions on Cottingham Street, Abinger Street and Buckingham Street. Authorise: 1. that notices in respect of the Traffic Regulation Order described in this report, should be prepared, and advertised in line with the proposals below; and 2. that in the event that no objections are received following the period of consultation required by statute, that the circumstances do not warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry; the Traffic Regulation Order shall be made.
