Purpose: Approval of the appointment of external specialist support required to continue delivery of the Change and Innovation Programme funded via internal Transformation Funding. The investment will enable the Council to access additional capacity and expertise on an invest-to-save basis, supporting transformation, delivery of Medium Term Financial Plan savings, improvements in customer experience and the development of sustainable internal capability.
