Content: To award a JCT construction contract for the replacement of circa 70 ACM annexe roofs at Pebble Hill Mobile Home Park, Radley   To award a contract to the value of £183,200 for asbestos removal, localised demolition, and replacement of 65 annexe roofs, at Pebble Hill Mobile Home Park, Radley to Maylarch Environmental Ltd. The contract is to be a JCT Minor Works with Contractor Design 2024.   Value engineering has been conducted to determine where costs can be saved.   Removal of £3,400 costs associated with welfare provision, as Housing have agreed that this can be provided on site via the Park’s community hut. Contract sum has been clarified with winning contractor, pre award.
