Content: (Decision Notice D260094CAB) (Reason: Part 2 – Private: Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A Paragraph 3 – information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)) Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Street Scene, Leisure and Technical Services seeking approval to progress the Riverside Route Lighting project between Vale Road and the northwest boundary of the former gasholder site in Tonbridge. Particular reference was made to the recommended contractor, value for money considerations and contract terms. Due regard was given to the financial and legal implications and the assessment of risk.
