Content: (Decision Notice D260093CAB)   (Reason: Part 2 – Private: Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A Paragraph 3 – information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information))   Consideration was given to the recommendations of the Finance, Regeneration and Property Scrutiny Select Committee regarding the lease arrangements for Tonbridge Farm Sportsground and Tonbridge Angels Football Club.   Having considered the discussions previously held at the Scrutiny Select Committee, Cabinet recognised that the proposed arrangement represented a mutually beneficial outcome, with the Borough Council achieving its objectives and the Club securing the long-term certainty required to continue operating as an important community asset.   Due regard was given to the financial and value for money considerations, the legal implications and the assessment of risk.   In recognition of the importance of Tonbridge Angels Football Club as a valued community facility delivering a wide range of activities for the local residents, and the benefits of securing appropriate long-term arrangements for the site, Councillor Boughton (Chair) proposed, Councillor Keers seconded and Cabinet   RESOLVED:  That   (1)          a lease extension be granted to the Tonbridge Angels Football Club on the terms as detailed in the exempt report.
