Content: Reserved matters approval for application reference 2015/0897/78/RES was granted, subject to the following conditions:   1.  Time scale – implemented within 3 years; 2.  Approved plans adherence; 3.  Landscape delivery and maintenance; 4.  Approval of ANPR camera positioning, design, ongoing maintenance and delivery of the road to operate a bus only route; 5.  Obtain necessary highways legal consents for road to operate as a bus only route; 6.  Approval of design of mine grouting program and implementation; 7.  Soil handling strategy approval and adherence, including approval soil cover system for landscaped areas; 8.  Archaeology watching brief; 9.  Badger and Hedgehog checking surveys and working method statements; 10.Highways maintenance before adoption.
