Content: Decision RESOLVED to recommend to Full Council to:   a)      Note the contents of the report and the current forecast year end position.   b)      Seek approval of Full Council to include a new 2026/27 capital budget for Building Control Software of £60,500. This is following the award of a £60,500 capital grant to the Council to fund Building Control capital schemes from MHCLG   c)       Seek approval to transfer £2.0m from the General Reserve to the New Burdens Reserve.     Reason for the decision:   To ensure members are updated on the current budget monitoring position for the Council.
