Purpose: The primary purpose of this report is to seek approval of the Lancashire Combined County Authority's (LCCA) Local Transport Delivery Plan (LTDP) for 2026/27 to 2029/30 for submission to the Department for Transport (DfT), reflective of the consolidated transport funding settlement notified to the LCCA in December 2025.   The report also notes progress on the development of the associated Local Transport Plan (LTP) Implementation Plan and seeks to establish governance arrangements for the reallocation of funding, as delivery progresses, to support delivery of Lancashire-wide transport priorities.
