Content: Decision Approve the appointment of suppliers for the All Seasons Leisure Centre gym equipment procurement, following a compliant and competitive tendering exercise.   Reasons for recommendations The tendering process was fair and transparent, adhering to all required procurement procedures. The three recommended suppliers have demonstrated their capability to meet the contract specification as well as scoring the highest overall across the Quality/Price/Social Value assessment model.   Other options considered and rejected The procurement exercise was carried out in accordance with Contract Procedure Rules (CPR) and each bid received fair and equal consideration. As such, there was no requirement to consider alternative options for this procurement.
