It provides clarity for tenants and staff on the types of tenancies the Council offers, the rights and responsibilities that apply, and the standards the Council will follow when managing tenancies throughout their lifecycle. It sits under the Tenancy Strategy as a detailed process guide, providing further information on the Priorities. Approval is sought for a six-week period of public consultation, prior to the policy returning to the Executive for formal adoption.
