Content: 1.              To approve a contract variation of the Young People’s Substance Misuse Service contract provided by Change, Grow, Live (CGL) from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2029 at the value of £339,302 in total, bringing the total value to £1,569,249.   2.              To approve an extension of the contract for up to two years, from 1 April 2027 – March 2029 at the value of up to £645,272 of the total value of £1569,249.
