Purpose:

Content: 1.          To approve a waiver to the Contract Standing Order 8.1 and extend the current Integrated Health Network contracts with South London and the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT), Groundswell and Thames Reach from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 at a cost of £530,665, with an option of a further one year extension at the total value of £1,049,596, bringing the total contract value to £3,093,238.    2.          To note the spend from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 of £132,666.   3.          To note that no spend has been incurred to date for the period 1 July to 30 September. However, spend of £132,666 has been committed.
