Purpose:

Content: 1.       To approve and waive the Contract Standing Order 8.1 to extend the current contract with Adfam, to provide support and work with people affected by drug and alcohol dependency, signposting them into structured treatment and other relevant support services from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 at a cost of £43,000, with an option to extend for another year with the total value of £86,000.   2.       To note the spend from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 of £10,750   3.       To note that no spend has been incurred to date for the period 1 July to 30 September. However, spend of £10,750 has been committed.
