Purpose:

Content: 1.     To agree a variation to the existing Section 75 Agreement (of the National Service Act 2006) between the Council and South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Foundation Trust for provision of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028 and increase the contract value by £3,249,100 over the two-year period, bringing the total agreement value to £12,503,900.   2.     To note the spend from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 of £1,573,100.   3.       To note, no spend has been incurred to date for the period 1 July to 30 September. However, spend of £1,573,100 has been committed.
