Content: Summary of Decision The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning has approved the recommendation of the revised Statement of Licensing Policy to Full Council for consideration and adoption, and the Good Operator Guidance. Authority is delegated to the Director of Public Protection and Licensing to update and maintain the Guidance.     Reasons for Decision The Council is required under the Licensing Act 2003 to review and publish a Statement of Licensing policy at least every five-years. The current Statement of Licensing Policy must be reviewed and published before 1 October 2026.
