Content: 1.    Appendices 1, 2, and 3 are not for publication on the basis that they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).   2.    To approve a procurement strategy in line with the recommended Procurement Route included in this report.   3.    To approve a contract award to the Preferred Supplier (Works) for the maximum estimated Contract Award Value for a contract period of 16 months, using Lot 2D of the Framework. The Council aims to incept the contract as soon as allowable.
