Purpose:

Content: The Environment Portfolio Holder, together with the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways and Road Safety acknowledged the current position in respect of capital schemes, to be considered by the Executive on the 16th of September. On 16 September 2026, the Executive will receive a report summarising the current position on capital expenditure and receipts following the first quarter of 2026/27 and be asked to agree a revised capital programme for the period 2026/27 to 2030/31. This report highlights changes to be considered by the Executive in respect of the capital programme for the Environment and Community Services Portfolio.
