Purpose: The report will set out the comparison of Council’s performance against the approved strategy for the year for its borrowing and investment activities.

Content: RESOLVED   That the Cabinet:   a)                notes the Treasury Management Outturn 2025/2026 report FIN/746.   b)                approves the actual 2025/26 Prudential and Treasury Indicators as set out in report FIN/746.     Reasons for the Recommendations   The Council’s financial regulations, in accordance with the CIPFA Code of Practice for Treasury Management, requires an annual review following the end of the financial year describing the activity compared to the Strategy.
