Content: To agree to enter into a Wayleave Agreement with British Telecommunications plc relating to land outside of 3 Holly Close Mattishall Dereham NR20 3SG   To agree to enter into a Wayleave Agreement with British Telecommunications plc relating to land outside of 3 Holly Close Mattishall Dereham NR20 3SG Entering into the proposed Wayleave Agreement will allow British Telecommunications plc to install approximately 2 meters of underground duct and cables with all associated fixtures and fittings. ·         To agree to enter into the Wayleave Agreement.   ·         Do nothing.
