Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED   1)    That the amendment, attached to the report as Appendix A, replacing the existing ‘Narrow Streets’ section, be approved and that the publication of the consolidated policy as Version 2.0 be authorised.   2)    That it be agreed that the revised assessment framework would apply to all new and outstanding applications from the date of approval.   3)    That it be agreed that the applications refused solely under the former width criteria could be reassessed without a further free, subject to eligibility and available grant funding.   4)    That, in consultation with the Strategic Director of Growth and Development, authority be delegated to the Executive Member for Growth and Development, to approve minor, technical or operational policy amendments, with any material changes to be considered by the Executive Board.
