Purpose: Award of contract for roof renewal and repair works to Stratford-on-Avon District Council owned 14/15 Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6BA with Just Solutions Group Ltd.  

Content: Award of contract for roof renewal and repair works to Stratford-on-Avon District Council owned 14/15 Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6BA with Just Solutions Group Ltd.   To award and enter into a contract with Just Solutions Group Ltd for roof renewal and repair works to Stratford-on-Avon District council owned 14/15 Waterside. The contract value is £36,325.63 excluding VAT.   Cyclical roof renewal and repairs to Council-owned temporary accommodation properties are required. The works include flat roof renewal and repairs to the existing pitched roof and will help ensure that the property remains watertight. A procurement process has been undertaken and a contractor selected following evaluation of submitted tenders.   Award the contract to the preferred bidder identified through the procurement process. Not proceed with the contract and undertake a further procurement exercise.   Option 1 was approved as it enables the required works to proceed and represents the preferred outcome following evaluation of submitted tenders.
