Content: That approval is given to: 1.  Appoint Kirkstone Planning and Regeneration as case officer to undertake post-decision duties (discharge of Requirements) in relation to the Springwell solar farm Development Consent Order. 2.  Transfer the Kirkstone Planning and Regeneration consultancy contract underspend against the examination phase of the Springwell Solar Farm NSIP into the post-permission phase.
