Purpose:

Content: Councillors Davies and P. Leaver left the meeting during the consideration of this application.   Councillor Bishop took the Chair for this item.   The Committee considered a report by the Lead Planning Officer (North) (circulated previously) regarding planning application 82051.   In response to questions from the Committee, the Lead Planning Officer (North) advised the following:   ·         That a plaque could be installed on the site to commemorate Tom Evans, which was known as a “blue plaque”, however it did not form part of this application.   RESOLVED (unanimous) that the application be APPROVED as recommended by the Lead Planning Officer (North).
