Purpose: A report to seek Cabinet approval of the Customer, Digital and Data Strategy 2026–2028.

Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    Approves the Customer, Digital and Data Strategy 2026-2028 contained in Appendix 1 (the Strategy);   2)    Authorises the Executive Director for Resources to finalise the Customer, Digital and Data Delivery Plan (the Delivery Plan) and to keep it under review over the life of the Strategy; and   3)    Requests that performance against the Delivery Plan is reported through the Council’s performance and governance arrangements, specifically within the quarterly Integrated Performance Reports.
