Content: The Trust Committee RESOLVED to:   (1)         Approve the Annual Report and Barham Park Trust’s Accounts for 2025/26, subject to a minor amendment to a comparator figure in the final column of the Trust Accounts 2025-26 within Appendix 1 of the report.   (2)       Note the Independent Examiner’s Review of Barham Park Trust’s Accounts for 2025/26.   (3)       Authorise officers to update the Charity Commission with the Annual Report and the Accounts for 2025/26 of Barham Park Trust, subject to the amendment outlined in (1) above.   Eligible for call-in: Yes   Deadline for submission of call-in: 6pm on Tuesday 15 September 2026
