Content: The Cabinet will be asked to note the changes to commercial recycling and approve the purchase of a Refuse Collection Vehicle using funding from the Vehicle, Plant and Equipment Reserve.   Resolved:   That: 1.           The requirement for businesses and non-domestic organisations to implement the requirements of Simpler Recycling, be noted.   2.           The capital budget of £300,000 to purchase one split-body refuse collection vehicle (RCV), be approved.
