Purpose: To approve the Proposed Submission Local Plan (Regulation 19) and its submission to the Secretary of State for independent examination  

Content: To approve the Proposed Submission Local Plan (Regulation 19) and its submission to the Secretary of State for independent examination   RESOLVED:   a)         The Proposed Submission Local Plan attached at Appendix A be approved for publication under Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. b)          The Proposed Submission Local Plan and accompanying evidence base documents be published for consultation for a period of six weeks. c)          The updated Local Development Scheme attached at Appendix B be approved. d)         Authority be delegated to the Assistant Director (Planning), in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning, to make factual and non-material amendments to the Proposed Submission Local Plan, supporting documents and Local Development Scheme prior to publication. e)          Following completion of the Regulation 19 consultation, authority be delegated to the Assistant Director (Planning), in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning, to prepare the necessary submission documents and submit the Local Plan to the Secretary of State for independent examination.
