Purpose: To consider the representations received in respect of the advertised proposals for waiting restrictions on Stanley Park Close and to determine whether the proposed restrictions should be implemented as originally advertised.

Content: To consider the representations received in respect of the advertised proposals for waiting restrictions on Stanley Park Close and to determine whether the proposed restrictions should be implemented as originally advertised. The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:   1.      To give due consideration to the representations received in respect of the proposed waiting restrictions on Stanley Park Close.   2. To agree not to proceed with the proposed double yellow line restrictions on Stanley Park Close as originally advertised, having given due consideration to the representations received and the highway conditions at the location.   3. To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the Order incorporating the necessary amendment to omit the Stanley Park Close restrictions.   4. To confirm that the remaining proposals contained within Amendment No. 11, in respect of which no negative representations have been received, will proceed as originally advertised.
