Content:   To approve contractual arrangements on how the car park service will be delivered from 1 October 2027   Recommendation: That Cabinet recommends to the Full Council to extend the contract with Saba Park Services UK Limited (Saba) to provide the parking service until 30 September 2030.   That Cabinet recommends to the Full Council that responsibility be delegated to the Director of Development and Corporate Landlord, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Finance and the Cabinet member for Environmental Services, Climate Action and Nature Recovery, to make any minor amendments, finalise and sign the contractual arrangements.
