Purpose:

Content: The Director of Economic Development and Planning submitted a report requesting approval from Committee for a change of tenure from affordable rent to affordable home ownership, of 10 Chapel Street, Longridge.   Members were informed of the background, key issues and options available, together with the financial and operational implications.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   1.         Approve the change of affordable housing tenure from affordable rent to affordable homeownership of 10 Chapel Street Longridge.   2.         Approve that the receipt from the sale be used to provide resources to fund any future capital works above £10,000 that may be needed in respect of the leased stock owned by this Council.
