RESOLVED THAT:   1.    the contents of the report, including the forecast revenue and capital programme monitoring position for the General Fund and Housing revenue Account for 2026-27 are noted;   2.    the forecast risks associated with the delivery of approved savings targets and the actions being undertaken by officers to mitigate budget pressures are noted;   3.    continued delivery of savings and transformation activity across the council’s four savings pillars are supported;   4.    the ongoing review of the Capital Programme and the Medium-Term Financial Strategy to ensure the council’s long-term financial sustainability are noted.
