Content: Decision:   1.   To note the summary of the actions delivered from the 2025/26 Delivery Plan and the progress made in Q1 and Q2 towards achieving the actions set out within the 2026/27 Delivery Plan, as set out in Appendix 1 to this report; and 2.   To note the observations and recommendations made by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.   Reason(s):   To ensure councillors, partners, and residents are kept informed about the Council’s progress in delivering the commitments outlined within the Corporate Delivery Plans.   Other options considered and rejected by the Executive:   None.   Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted:   None.
