Purpose: To receive a financial monitoring report.

Content: The Executive Resolved That (i)   the Council’s 2026/27 Quarter 1 revenue and capital outturn forecasts for the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account be noted; and         (ii)  it be noted that the Corporate Leadership Team will continue to identify mitigations to enable net expenditure for 2026/27 to be contained within the approved budgets. Reason:  Controlling the outturn within budget is essential to maintain financial control and to support the journey to financial sustainability.
