Content: Council approved the following recommendation:   The Lord Mayor put the recommendation of the report to the vote and on a show of hands declared the recommendation approved.   RESOLVED: That the Council adopt the Statement of Licensing Policy 2026.   Reason for Decisions:   Responsibility for adopting the Statement of Licensing Policy rests with Full Council as part of the Council's Policy Framework.
