Content: That planning permission for the proposed change of use of public house to form one dwellinghouse, change of use to incorporate the existing first-floor residential accommodation as one two-storey dwellinghouse at Bay Tree, South Street, Castle Cary, Somerset, BA7 7ET be GRANTED, subject to the conditions set out in the committee report, and that authority be delegated to the Chief Planning Officer, in consultation with the Chair (or Vice-Chair) of the Planning Committee where appropriate, to: a) Make minor amendments and refinements to the wording, numbering, and sequencing of planning conditions b) Add, amend, or remove conditions where necessary to secure compliance with national and local planning policy, consultee advice, or material planning considerations.   Voting: All in favour (Unanimous)
