Content: RESOLVED that   1.       Mole Valley District Council be granted consent to exercise its option to extend its Leisure Centres contract with Greenwich Leisure Limited by five years to 2043; and   2.       in accordance with 1. above, authority be delegated to Mole Valley District Council’s Executive Head of Service (Commercial), in consultation with the Mole Valley District Council Cabinet Member for Leisure, to agree the terms of, and enter into, all necessary and ancillary agreements.
