Purpose:

Content: The Chief Executive submitted a report asking Committee to consider a request from Community Services Committee to restructure the Council’s direct works team and to procure an external toilet cleaning service.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:     1.         Approve the deletion of 2 FTE posts from the Minor Works team within the Council’s establishment.   2          Approve the procurement of a toilet cleaning contractor for a period of 24 months and approve the deletion of the relevant posts from the Council’s establishment.
