Purpose:

Content: Michelle Symonds led the Members through the ‘Moving Traffic Contraventions and School Streets’ report.   Councillor David Hughes and Councillor Andrew Barry both noted how they were pleased to see the report.   Resolved that:   CBC to apply for moving traffic contravention powers to enable the authority to implement school streets as well as other enforcement throughout the county borough, be approved. This will enable the authority to enforce existing restrictions which are not adhered to or any new restrictions that we implement in the future.
