Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Team Manager - Trading Standards & Licensing. Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Option 1 be endorsed namely; to revise the statutory licence fees with increases of 33% in each of the next 3 financial years for Gambling Licence Fees (Appendix 2 - Table 1) and all others (shown in Tables 2 and 3) based upon MTFS assumptions or, the full-cost recovery calculated fee - whichever is the lower.
