Content: The Leader: APPROVED the release of £5,094,385 from the Primary Places funding block within the Capital Programme to fund the one form entry expansion of Green Ridge Primary Academy This decision is being taken under the ‘special urgency’ provisions of the constitution in order to achieve a September 2024 completion/opening for the Schools of the additional classrooms; and, to thereby save costs of temporary classrooms. The timelines to achieve this require the Council to enter into contract with the main contractor (Morgan Sindall) by 20 February 2024
